STILL
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Stillayer (in-app name STILL, the "Software"), built and published by LumiMatrix Tech (Guangzhou LumiMatrix Digital Technology Co., Ltd., "we", "us"). By installing or using Stillayer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use it.
License
Stillayer is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own use. Where you obtain Stillayer through a platform such as Steam, that platform's subscriber agreement also applies to your purchase and use.
You may not
- Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use the Software or its assets to build or market a competing product.
Ownership
The Software — including its code, visual scenes, audio, and the Stillayer and STILL names and logos — is owned by LumiMatrix Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Software; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
What Stillayer is (and isn't)
Stillayer is an ambient visual and audio experience for your desktop. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or wellness device, and makes no health claims. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiMatrix Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased Stillayer, under that platform's refund policy (for example, Steam's refund policy).
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using and remove the Software.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.

使用条款
本使用条款（"条款"）约束你对 Stillayer（应用内名称 STILL，下称"本软件"）的使用。本软件由 LumiMatrix Tech（广州光矩阵数字科技有限公司，下称"我们"）开发与发行。安装或使用 Stillayer 即表示你同意本条款。若你不同意，请勿安装或使用。
许可
Stillayer 是被授权使用，而非出售。我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的设备上安装并使用本软件，供你自己使用。当你通过 Steam 等平台获取 Stillayer 时，该平台的用户协议同样适用于你的购买与使用。
你不得
- 复制、再分发、转售、出租、租赁或再许可本软件。
- 对本软件进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编，法律禁止此项限制的情形除外。
- 移除或更改任何版权、商标或其他专有声明。
- 利用本软件或其素材构建或推广竞品。
所有权
本软件——包括其代码、视觉场景、音频，以及 Stillayer 与 STILL 名称和标志——归 LumiMatrix Tech 所有，受知识产权法律保护。本条款授予你使用本软件的许可，不向你转让任何所有权。
Stillayer 是什么（不是什么）
Stillayer 是一款面向桌面的环境式视听体验。它不是医疗、治疗或健康设备，不作任何健康声明，也不能替代任何专业意见。
不作担保
本软件按"现状"及"现有可用"基础提供，在法律允许的最大范围内，不提供任何明示或默示的担保，包括对特定用途适用性的担保。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，LumiMatrix Tech 概不负责。我们的赔偿责任总额不超过你为本软件支付的金额。
退款
退款由你购买 Stillayer 所经平台按其退款政策处理（例如 Steam 的退款政策）。
终止
若你违反本条款，本许可将自动终止。终止后，你须停止使用并移除本软件。
条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款。更新时，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
适用法律
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则；你居住地的强制性消费者保护法律另有规定的除外。
